David Green earned his credentials in the retail business with T.G.&Y stores, where he served as Store Manager and Area Supervisor. Green and his wife, Barbara, founded Hobby Lobby which totals over 500 stores in 42 states as well as 30 Mardel Christian & Education stores and 6 Hemispheres furniture stores.
